If you knew you were going to be making love in 24 hours would you be physically and mentally ready? Sexual performance is like athletic performance. If you want stronger and more reliable erections, increase stamina, and last longer in bed, you need to have a game-day plan.

This is Brian aka Uncle B with African Fly (https://africanfly.com/) and as a Sexual Performance Coach, my job is to tell you how to “Get your sexual health game UP” and so I’ve got to talk about the game day or the time when you are going to be making love.

Your sexual performance game plan should be made up of sleep, exercise, a list of foods to eat and avoid, and a pre-game warmup.

I put together a game plan plus ways to get your mind into the game and master these skills without difficulty.

What is Your Sexual Performance Scale

This game-day plan is about improving your sexual performance within 24-hours. To see who this plan will benefit the most, we need to determine where you are on the sexual performance scale.

For game day within that 24 hours, lift heavy or do high-intensity interval training, no alcohol or animals, and get 8-10 hours of high-quality sleep. For the pregame plan, you want to do fasting or intermittent fasting, avoid sugar, meat, and masturbation, and porn, and eat plant-based meals, and get some meditation in.

Right before game time, warm up with doing stretches or yoga poses. Relax and enjoy the foreplay and enjoy the moment.

Most importantly, get into the moment so that you’re enjoying it, you’re having the performance that you want, and you’re ready for more.

Climax more intensely than you ever dreamed possible with these tips.

Step 1: Hop on top
Get on top. Research shows it’s the position most likely to get women to the finish line.

Get in some extra squeezes while you’re doing the dirty deed; it’s the same muscle that contracts when you climax.

Have more sex. Some studies have indicated that the more that women have sex, the more they desire it, and the better their orgasms.

Step 6: Rely on yourself
Take care of your own needs. Some women report that masturbation produces more intense orgasms for them than those achieved through sexual intercourse.

Step 7: Have some more
Work on your foreplay: The more sexually charged you are to begin with, the better your chances are of having multiple orgasms.
