Psalm Isadora explains that lasting longer in bed basically boils down to increasing your testosterone. She suggests lower-body exercises, which dramatically boost testosterone over upper-body exercises, and have the added benefit of working the muscles you will be using in bed.

She also recommends working your cardio to increase your cardiovascular capacity. The heavy breathing and beating of your heart will condition your body to last longer in bed.

Another exercise that can be done to help your sexual stamina is called “edging” — where you reach the maximum amount of sexual stimulation you can handle without ejaculation. This technique can teach you to exert more control over your arousal and excitement, while increasing your capacity to experience stimulation without ejaculation.

Lastly, she recommends to save your seed for your partner, and to never leave them “hanging” after you’ve finished.
