Hi Michelle, I noticed hearing you say multiple times to lift "it" during the kegel contraction. Were you talking about intentionally raising the testicles while holding the exercise?

Am musturbating since 7yrs .now am 23yrs old (I feel I don't have any problem till yet erection also taking place normally).Now I controlled and stop masturbation habit completely.
Now I need to recover the side effects of masturbation if any , is this excercise enough for me?

i been doing kegels for a while now. i can orgasm without ejaculation. feels great.sometimes i leak piss though. maybe like u said i should take a day or two to relax the muscles. anyone else experience this? i am somtimes consipated and i think it that may put pressure on the bladder

Hello Mam.Your video is very useful and informative.I have started doing it the way you have said.Bt am not being able to control breathing normally specially when am trying to holding the contraction.and am not sure if my abdominal and buttock muscles ar also getting involved also or not.specially when am trying to hold the contractions for few seconds.Kindly help mam.
